Officers later located the suspect with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police said they and EMS personnel provided medical aid, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two additional men were later found dead from apparent gunshot wounds—one inside another residence about two miles from the first residence, and the other at a business near the second residence.
Victims’ identities not released as family notifications continue
Police have not released the identities of the victims, saying it is pending notification of family members.
During the news conference, Kies said the suspect had a criminal record, but he declined to provide additional details.

So he killed himself after killing everyone? I mean why didn’t police stop it earlier if there were multiple locations like?? Feels like a failure somewhere.
The article says domestic dispute but also says “no active threat” like right after… that part confused me. If it was still going across three places, how was it not active? Also 6 dead seems huge for “domestic-related” like they always say.
I heard on Facebook it was a random attack, not domestic, so idk. It says he was found on a trail by the Mississippi River pedestrian bridge which is crazy because that area is kinda busy. Wonder if he was seen before by somebody or if cameras missed him. Sad either way, just hate how the details get mixed.
