The former reality star posted on social media after a federal judge identified as Eleanor Ross was named in allegations tied to an alleged affair carried out inside a courthouse. during working hours. while the judge was reportedly married. The complaint was released Wednesday and described clerks hearing graphic sounds through courthouse walls, including “kissing” and “moaning.”.
Ross’s name didn’t stay out of the spotlight for long. A Thursday report identified the accused as Eleanor Ross, an Atlanta-based U.S. District Court judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
For Chrisley, the identification hit close to home. Many viewers likely recognize Ross because she sentenced Todd Chrisley to 12 years in prison in 2022. Ross was appointed by Barack Obama during his second presidential term.
The alleged partner in the case was described as Kelley Collier, an Atlanta Police Department deputy chief. The claims paint a messy overlap of power. proximity. and private conduct—exactly the kind of tension that can ripple outward when a judge is accused of misconduct while a case is actively unfolding.
In response, Chrisley turned to Instagram and went for the jugular. He referred to Ross as a “corrupt judge” and accused her of being distracted from his case, writing that she was “clapping dem cheeks in her chambers.”
Chrisley’s full Instagram post made multiple sweeping assertions. He wrote that Ross. the “federal judge that presided over our corrupt case. ” is “now the last one to fall.” He added that “Tommy Krepp ‘prosecutor’ Annalise Peters ‘ prosecutor ‘ [are] both no longer with the Northern District.” He then argued that Ross “couldn’t focus on our case because she was to busy clapping dem cheeks in her chambers” and insisted that the situation needed to be impeached. He also wrote that he and his “legal team” would “work with Congress” toward that outcome.
He went on to claim, in his post, that “she lied and then asked for forgiveness for admitting she lied.” He accused the court clerks of stating that Ross “never read her pleadings” and instead “just rubber stamped denials.” He closed with “IMPEACH.”
The allegations and Chrisley’s response have added fresh heat to a case already steeped in controversy—now sharpened by his insistence that the misconduct, if true, wasn’t limited to one moment but was tied to the period when he was before the court.
For now, the story remains in motion, and Todd Chrisley’s post makes clear he believes the next steps shouldn’t be slow.
