In an appearance on “Bill and Giuliana: The Podcast” on Tuesday. May 19. the former “Good Morning America” anchor revealed that he and Amy Robach have settled on a wedding date. a detail that landed like a surprise even to his fiancée. Robach. 53. told the hosts Giuliana and Bill Rancic that she was “OK with” the decision. even though she didn’t disclose the exact day herself.

“Are you OK with that date?. I had a date that I really wanted,” Robach said, after Holmes shared that the couple had chosen a date. She kept it light with the push-and-pull of two people who’ve already lived through intense scrutiny. adding. “You’re just telling me now on the podcast that you’re OK with that date?”.

Holmes, 48, said the conversation made him “more comfortable” committing to the ceremony date, turning what could have been a routine announcement into a rare glimpse of how the couple negotiates major milestones in public.

Their wedding talk comes nearly four years after their dating scandal became a national story. In December 2022. During their newer interview. the Rancics made a joke about making it official—Bill Rancic quipped that he and Giuliana could officiate the wedding because the couple are “ordained online ministers.” But Holmes and Robach didn’t take the offer. Instead, Holmes teased that they’re aiming for something more personal.

“There is a way we want to get married that we haven’t revealed necessarily, but it would be very special to us,” Holmes said. “We can’t say what that is. That’s a big thing for us.”
