Planet Smoothie’s deal is aimed at members who move quickly. On Sunday, June 21, Planet VIP Rewards members who sign up by Friday, June 19 can claim a free 20-ounce Lunar Lemonade, with no purchase required.

Jamba
Jamba’s discounts run across the weekend, starting before National Smoothie Day.

On Saturday, June 20, customers can purchase a small Watermelon Over Ice or Strawberry Lemon Twist Over Ice for $2.

Then. on Sunday. June 21. the chain offers small smoothies for $1—either a small Mango-A-Go-Go or Strawberry Whirl—sold from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time at participating locations nationwide. Jamba also says the first 100 guests at locations will receive a scratch-off chance to win free smoothies for a year.

On Monday, June 22, Jamba Rewards members can receive $2 off smoothies when they order in store or through the app.

Playa Bowls
Playa Bowls is leaning into the “summer fun” angle with a loyalty perk. Participating Playa Bowls locations nationwide will give Playa Rewards Loyalty Members a free color-changing cup with the purchase of a 20-ounce smoothie while supplies last on Sunday, June 21.

Trinette Robinson, a general manager at a Playa Bowl location in Miami, confirmed the offer.

  2. Free smoothie no purchase required sounds kinda fake lol. Like Planet says you can claim the Lunar Lemonade if you sign up by Friday… but are they gonna ask for proof you were born on the right date or something. Also why are all these places acting like rewards programs are law.

  3. I don’t trust these “free” deals because they always exclude something. Like Smoothie King is free but only at participating locations and only if you have the app, and then Tropical Cafe excludes random items and you have to buy the bowl first? I just wanted a smoothie man. Also the color-changing cup thing sounds like marketing more than food.
