Now they’re one win away from the NBA Finals trophy, and Saturday’s Game 5 has turned into a full-on community event. Throughout the series, local spots across the borough have been throwing watch parties big and small. Here’s where fans can catch the game.

At TriniJam Bk Roti Bar & Grill in Canarsie, the Caribbean spot has hosted watch parties throughout the entire NBA Finals run. Fans are encouraged to arrive early—there’s limited seating—with plans built around big screen viewing, special menus, and what the venue calls “Trini vibes.”

In Williamsburg, Roebling Sporting Club is already gearing up. The bar, a local favorite throughout the NBA Finals, says its Game Five watch party will kick off at 8:30 p.m. sharp. Organizers encourage early arrival and showing up with “unmatched game-day energy.”

Across Park Slope. The Commissioner is ready to deliver the kind of atmosphere that keeps people lingering even after a big play. The viewing area is extensive. seating is first-come. first-served. and the venue has added a new 75-inch screen for the occasion. Fans showed up in force after the Knicks swept the Cleveland Cavaliers to advance to their first NBA Finals in 26 years—fan Jon Gretah celebrated with fellow supporters at a packed watch party at The Commissioner in Park Slope.

On the Brighton Beach boardwalk, Boardwalk Beer Garden is built for the moment, with a massive 150-inch TV and 11 additional screens. With 14 beers on tap, the place offers plenty of room to cheer as the Knicks chase their shot.

If you want a family-friendly option in Williamsburg, Brooklyn Bowl is opening its doors at 6 p.m. Entry is free, all ages are welcome, and the venue will have food and drink specials along with its watch party setup.

Bushwick fans who like their game night loud and long can head to Mama Taco Brooklyn. From 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., the taco spot will host a lively watch party featuring two-for-one drinks, bottle specials, and live music.

For something calmer, Hinterlands Bar in Kensington offers a lower-key scene. Along with karaoke nights, tarot card readings, and DJ sets, the space is also a venue for Knicks watch parties.
