Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. will be released from jail as he awaits trial.

On Friday (September 11), Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge ruled that the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermman will be released from jail on bond as he faces seven felony charges in his sexual assault case.

KJ‘s bond was set at $200,000, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. Once his bond is paid and he is released, KJ must stay at the 48-year-old former Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s home and attend school virtually. Additionally, he has been ordered to abstain from social media and avoid cell phone use of any kind.

He has also barred from having any direct or indirect contact with his alleged victim, her family or associates. KJ cannot have contact with anyone 16 or under, including his younger siblings Kash, 14, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.

KJ is also subject to electronic monitoring once released.

If you didn’t see, KJ was arrested in late August and is being held without bond, followed by an indictment last week on seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.

The arrest comes after a female classmate accused KJ of assaulting her inside of a gym changing area in April.

Before the judge granted that KJ could be released from jail on bond, prosecutors revealed that he was already on court supervision at the time of his arrest after he allegedly had sex with an underage relative.
