United States Survives Early Group Stage With Wins

I don’t even understand group stages, but 6 points sounds like a lot. If Turkey was scoreless that’s gotta be rough. Also why does it say Friday twice??
US beat Paraguay 4-1 then Australia 2-0… ok so what’s the point of the other teams like Mexico and Canada if the US already “controls” the group. Isn’t that kinda like a guarantee we’re through? Either way 6-1 goal difference is wild.
This schedule part is confusing, like it keeps saying Thursday/Friday but the months don’t even match in my head. Paraguay got 3 points too so were they just mad about the 4-1?? And Turkey 0 points… maybe they need better refs or something. Honestly I only clicked because I saw “United States Survives” and thought it was about politics or something.
