Will Robinson says injuries followed the June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills home, but his own restraining order request was denied ahead of the trio’s upcoming court hearing.
For a brief moment captured on home security footage, the June 3 confrontation at a Hollywood Hills home looked like it could spiral in any direction.
Tom Sandoval is seen pacing and loudly arguing with Victoria Lee Robinson and Victoria’s father. Will Robinson. near a fire pit. At one point, Tom rushes Victoria after believing she was recording him. Will jumps in. grabs Tom around the waist. and then Tom shoves Will backward into the lit fire pit before running inside and being chased.
The fight didn’t end with the video. It quickly turned into competing legal claims, each side arguing the same night played out in opposite ways.
Tom Sandoval was granted a temporary restraining order against the Robinsons after he claimed. in court documents. that Victoria verbally and physically abused him on June 3 after drinking. Sandoval said that after he ran inside and locked himself away for protection, Will punched a hole through his door. He also claimed Victoria struck him in the head so hard it affected his vision.
In his court account, Sandoval wrote: “I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”
After the temporary restraining order, Victoria and Will were ordered to move out of the home and remain 100 yards away from Tom.
But they fought back with their own version of events. Thursday. Will told a different story to TMZ. saying the district attorney didn’t file the case “for a reason.” He said he lifted Tom off his daughter because Tom was “overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively” after yelling at them “in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”.
Will also said it was him who called police for his and Victoria’s “safety,” adding: “This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
Friday, TMZ reported that Will suffered a ruptured disc in his back and broke his thumb and elbow during the confrontation with Tom, as well as cutting his heel. With that, Will filed for a restraining order of his own on Friday.
In his filing. Will cited his injuries and claimed the argument started because Tom was “lying. ” and because Sandoval “overpowered” Victoria. He also claimed Tom “began talking about himself having a gun” after locking himself in his room. though Will said the 42-year-old didn’t necessarily make threats.
Will’s attempt to secure an immediate restraining order didn’t go the way he wanted. The order request was denied until the trio’s upcoming court hearing as more information is reportedly needed before any judge signs off.

Sounds like everyone was drunk and now it’s all paperwork.
Wait so Tom got a restraining order but Will’s got denied?? Kinda wild. The video clip is like 2 seconds and people act like it proves everything.
The fire pit part is insane. I’m not saying who’s lying but if someone shoves you into a fire pit that’s like… not “just arguing.” Also the article cuts off mid sentence about what Will said to TMZ, so it feels incomplete and now I’m confused.
How is a restraining order even about “who filed first” or whatever, seems like the DA didn’t do it so nobody wins? And Tom rushing her after she was recording… that’s like every reality show storyline ever. If Will’s injuries were real and they denied his order then the system is backwards, or maybe Will wasn’t hurt as much? Idk I just can’t tell.
