Tom Sandoval Speaks After Immediate Move-Out Order

Tom Sandoval, 42, broke his silence after Victoria Lee Robinson, 33, and Robinson’s father were issued an immediate move-out order and restraining order, with police at the Los Angeles-area home they shared as both sides removed items.
When Tom Sandoval left the Los Angeles-area residence he shared with ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, he didn’t sound surprised that the standoff wouldn’t be settled quickly.
Sandoval—42—and Robinson—33—were both in the company of police on Saturday. June 27. at the property where they separately removed items. A tense moment captured by TMZ showed a woman presumed to be Robinson telling Sandoval, “I f***ing hate you. Just like all of your ex-girlfriends. nobody likes you.” Sandoval previously had a contentious breakup with Ariana Madix after he confessed to cheating on her with their Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
As he walked out, Sandoval briefly explained why both he and Robinson were there at the same time. “Victoria and her father were just issued an immediate move out order, a restraining order … The police are here to make sure [they leave],” he said.
He was asked whether he believed the dispute would be resolved “today. ” and he replied. “No.” Law enforcement sources told the outlet the police were present simply to keep the peace between both sides and that no laws were broken. The order traces back to Sandoval’s court request on Thursday. June 24. when he sought a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson and her father. J. Will Robinson, accusing them of “verbal and physical abuse” during a confrontation on June 3. In a lengthy declaration filed with the court. Sandoval alleged that Will attacked him. and that Victoria struck him in the face during a heated confrontation over whether she was recording him without permission.
In that statement. Sandoval wrote. “I am seeking a restraining order against [Will] based on the verbal and physical abuse he has perpetrated against me. the most recent incident being on June 3. wherein he grabbed me and restrained me. chased me into the bedroom and punched a 12-inch hole in my spare bedroom door where I was barricading myself.” He added: “I am afraid of [Will] and his daughter and request the Court’s protection.”.
During the same dispute, Sandoval also made other allegations of physical and emotional abuse against the Robinsons. He accused Victoria of tampering with his devices and using a GPS tracker on his car. An alleged video later emerged showing Sandoval shoving Will into a lit fire pit during a scuffle. The footage appeared to show Sandoval fleeing into the home, with Will following.
The legal back-and-forth continued on Friday, June 27, when Will filed his own request for a restraining order against Sandoval. Will alleged injuries including a ruptured disc in his back. a broken thumb and elbow. and a wound on his heel. A court ruled against him initially. stating on Friday that it needed “more information at a properly noticed hearing” before any final decision could be made.
