A new video circulating online shows Tom Sandoval in the middle of a volatile clash on June 3, and it’s the fire pit moment that’s grabbing attention.
The footage. obtained by TMZ. appears to capture Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson yelling at each other before Sandoval rushes toward Victoria. seemingly trying to take a recording device from her hands. Then Will Robinson—Victoria’s father—appears to grab Sandoval around the waist in an effort to pull him away. In the video. Sandoval seems to shove Will backward. sending him ass-first into a lit fire pit before Sandoval collides with Victoria.
Will quickly gets back to his feet and allegedly chases Sandoval into the house. Victoria remains outside, seemingly holding her head after her father falls into the fire pit.
The confrontation is at the center of Tom Sandoval’s restraining order filing. The story began with what happened at Tom’s home on June 3: police responded to the address and arrested Victoria following an alleged domestic dispute.
Tom later obtained a temporary restraining order against both Victoria and Will. In his filing, Tom claimed Victoria repeatedly struck him and Will threatened him, punched a large hole through a bedroom door where Tom had locked himself for protection, and later put him in a bear hug.
Will disputes Tom’s account. Speaking to TMZ, Will said, “The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”
Will further alleges that Tom shoved him into the lit fire pit, injuries that required medical treatment, and that additional care will be needed. He also claims that he—rather than Tom—called police “for our safety.”
Will says, “This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
