New court documents in Soulja Boy’s paternity dispute allege he emailed Jackilyn Martinez’s lawyer telling him “f*** you,” then wrote “Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch,” after discussions about resolving the case privately.
Soulja Boy’s paternity fight has taken a new, harsher turn after court documents surfaced alleging a profanity-laced email exchange with Jackilyn Martinez’s legal team.
The documents, obtained by TMZ, include an alleged email thread Soulja sent to Martinez’s lawyer. In it, he’s accused of responding with a direct “f*** you” after Martinez’s side reached out to him following a call she made to discuss the paternity suit.
Martinez’s lawyer wrote to Soulja, “Based on your conversation with Jackilyn, it sounds like you both want to resolve the [lawsuit] amicably, expeditiously, and privately.” The attorney also urged Soulja to have his lawyer call her.
In the alleged reply, Soulja responded, “F*** you,” then added, “Stop emailing me, you dumb bitch. There will be no litigation or settlement idk who the f*** u think u talking to.”
The legal battle began months earlier. Martinez filed her lawsuit in October 2025, seeking legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son KeAndre Way, while also saying she was open to Soulja being awarded visitation rights.
In her paperwork, Martinez said she attempted to serve Soulja at one of his concerts but was unsuccessful. She also claimed she provides the bulk of support for their son. saying Soulja sometimes “sends me money for our son. after I have begged him to do so” and that she needed formal orders for child support.
Martinez further alleged Soulja has become “extremely volatile” and is “intentionally preventing this matter from moving forward.”
As of now, Soulja has yet to respond to the case.

I don’t even get how emails matter in paternity, isn’t it DNA and court orders? Everybody be yelling online but the kid still needs support.
Yeah but the article said something about resolving it privately and he was like nah, then cursed out the lawyer, so how is that “amicable.” Also doesn’t “amicably and expeditiously” mean like fast? So he basically said he’s not doing anything fast lol.
This is why people can’t stand him. Next thing you know he’s gonna claim the email was hacked or “not his words” like everyone does. Also she couldn’t serve him at a concert?? Sounds like she didn’t try hard enough, idk.
