Rove adds Frontier Miles with 25% transfer boost

Rove transfer – Rove has added Frontier Miles as a new transfer partner, giving members a 1:1 transfer rate—or a 1:1.25 rate through July 31 thanks to a 25% bonus. Frontier had not previously partnered with transferable credit card rewards currencies, making the change a nota

For Frontier flyers who usually feel like their miles can be harder to build, the calendar just got more generous. Rove has added Frontier Miles to its transfer lineup, and the program is sweetening the deal with a 25% transfer bonus through July 31.

The update matters because Frontier Airlines has often flown under the radar in points-and-miles circles. The Denver-based budget carrier historically had not partnered with any transferable credit card rewards currencies. which meant earning Frontier miles via mainstream mileage-transfer strategies wasn’t really on the table—until now.

With the new partnership, Rove members can transfer rewards to their Frontier Miles account at a 1:1 ratio. If they complete the transfer by July 31, they’ll get a 1:1.25 ratio thanks to the 25% transfer bonus.

Frontier isn’t Rove’s only bridge to travel loyalty. The program’s other transfer partner is Marriott Bonvoy, but the exchange rate there is less favorable at 3:1. That contrast makes the Frontier addition stand out for travelers trying to stretch rewards farther without relying on a credit card.

Rove’s appeal doesn’t stop at transfer partners. The credit card-free loyalty program lets members earn miles on everyday purchases and travel, including up to 28 miles per dollar spent on select hotels. Rove also allows members to double-dip hotel rewards at some properties.

The value question still comes down to how you plan to redeem. Frontier Miles may not be the kind of loyalty currency that sends travelers across the Atlantic in premium cabins. but it can be practical for people who fly Frontier routinely. Miles are typically redeemable for around 1.3 cents each, based on TPG’s July 2026 valuations.

Even with Frontier now in the mix, Rove members still have options. The program has 18 other transfer partners in addition to Frontier Miles, including Air France-KLM Flying Blue and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.

For travelers looking at Frontier destinations across the U.S. Mexico. the Caribbean and Central America. there’s an extra step: compare Frontier’s award prices against what your Rove miles could realistically buy. The transfer bonus is time-limited—Rove members have until July 31 to take advantage of the 25% extra value when moving rewards to Frontier Miles.

  1. Frontier is so cheap already, why would anyone transfer to them. Also July 31?? I never remember deadlines like that.

  2. Wait I thought transfer partners were like instant and you don’t lose value. If it’s 1:1.25 then you’re basically getting a free 25% right? Idk I’m not great at points math.

  3. Rove says no transferable partners before Frontier, but I swear I saw Frontier doing something with points years ago. Maybe it was different. Either way Frontier awards being “1.3 cents” sounds made up and I’m like… what’s the catch? I fly them sometimes but then the seats cost extra so
