Role Model brings “Chuck On Tour” to Michigan

Role Model is set to play the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre on Sept. 30 as part of his 26-date “Chuck On Tour.” Tickets go on sale June 26, with Mastercard and American Airlines presales beginning Tuesday, and an artist presale opening Wednesday.

When Role Model walks on stage in Michigan, he won’t be coming empty-handed. The singer-songwriter is landing at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre for one night on Sept. 30, with the full “Chuck On Tour” already set in motion across North America.

Promoters announced the Metro Detroit date on Thursday. Tickets for the Sept. 30 concert go on sale at 10 a.m. June 26 via Ticketmaster. Presales are scheduled ahead of general sales: Mastercard and American Airlines members can begin purchasing at 10 a.m. Tuesday, and an artist presale starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Registration for the artist presale is open at Role Model’s website.

The timing matters for fans who have been following his rise. Born Tucker Pillsbury, Role Model released his debut album, “Rx,” in 2022. His breakout came with 2024’s “Kansas Anymore.” That momentum carried into 2025. when he earned a performance on “SNL. ” where he performed his hit single “Sally. When the Wine Runs Out.” The track has racked up more than 250 million streams on Spotify.

Now, the tour is built around what’s next. Role Model’s new album, “Chuck Timely & the Hourglass,” is due out Aug. 7. The Sept. 30 stop is part of the 26-date “Chuck On Tour” North American tour that kicks off Sept. 9 in Bend, Oregon and wraps Oct. 18 in Berkeley, California.

Role Model’s last area concert was in March 2025 at the Fillmore Detroit. For fans counting down to this one. the schedule leaves little mystery: mark the morning of June 26 for ticket access. then keep an eye on the presale windows—because the show in Michigan lands right after his new album’s release.

  1. Wait so the new album is Aug 7 and the concert is right after?? Makes sense I guess. Why are presales always so confusing though, like I don’t even have that Mastercard thing.

  2. Role Model sounds familiar like from that TikTok stuff. Is he the one who did the SNL thing but I swear it was a different song than “Sally When the Wine Runs Out.” Either way 250 million streams is wild.

  3. Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre name is the most Michigan thing ever lol. Also Bend to Berkeley in like a month?? That’s not a tour, that’s just random stops. I’m just gonna wait til the last second and then complain that tickets are gone.
