Rhode launched in 2022 and became especially popular with Gen Z and millennials. with much of its momentum traced to viral success on TikTok—driven by products including peptide lip treatments. glazing milk and pocket blushes. Before Rhode expanded into mass retail. its products were sold exclusively through its own website or pop-up stores. with sales tied heavily to Bieber’s social media influence.
That changed when Rhode launched in Sephora late last year after being acquired by E.l.f. Beauty for about $1 billion.
The timing of this bronzer release sits squarely inside Rhode’s larger bet: turning viral skincare-adjacent beauty routines into a steady, purchasable system—now with a pocketable option for warmth, a new luminizer for shine, and limited-edition accessories meant to keep fans coming back.

Bronzer for $25 like… is it actually worth it? people act like it’s skincare.
Hailey Bieber really out here making “pocket” makeup like the rest of us don’t have a face. If it’s non-sticky then fine but I don’t trust the “viral glow” claims lol.
Wait so the bronzer comes with a brush AND it also diffuses the blush?? That sounds like it’s doing too much. I thought a bronzer was just for contour, not like… glazing milk or whatever.
Rhode launching a bronzer at noon June 9 is peak capitalism time. I saw “Highlight Milk” and assumed it was like a drink? also they said ceramide trio and vitamin E so I’m guessing it’s basically moisturizer that’s pretending to be makeup…
