9-3?? Oklahoma just came out swinging I guess.
I didn’t watch but I saw something about LaChance hitting like 2 homers and everyone acted like it was over already. North Carolina only scored in the first?? That seems like coaching or bullpen being trash.
Wait so Oklahoma “explodes early” but the pitching line says giving up runs too? Like Jones let 2 runs and then it’s still a win. Also those errors listed sound scary, like why so many miscues if it was only 9-3.
How is it decided by extra-base hits but also errors mattered?? I swear one error can change the whole game, but then they say North Carolina never generated momentum after the first. Sounds like Oklahoma scored 4 in the 4th then just sat on it. Anyway congrats to LaChance, and L. Mercurius only gave up 1 hit so maybe that’s why I feel like NC never had a chance, even if they scored first.
