The probation he’s now accused of breaking traces back to an earlier arrest in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In July 2023, he was booked on multiple charges, including violating probation, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, loitering, and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.
At the time, he was accused of telling police that he was his younger half-brother, Brentt Leakes. Later, Bryson’s drug charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Under that agreement, he was sentenced to 12 months of probation. The terms included paying a $500 fine, completing 40 hours of community service, and submitting to random drug testing. Now, reports say he has failed to fulfill the conditions of his probation.
