Milania Giudice’s alleged actions at her mother’s New Jersey home came into focus after police say her family called for help just days before her assault arrest.

Montville Township police say Milania was “throwing things” at Teresa Giudice’s house earlier this month. The claim stems from a call made by Milania’s sister. Gabriella Giudice. on May 14. when Gabriella reported that Milania. 20. was “acting erratically.” In the dispatcher call described in the arrest report. Gabriella said Milania was “throwing food [and] candles.” The alleged victim was not named in the report.

Police said there were no weapons or injuries reported. The report says Milania was placed in handcuffs when she was arrested, and her vehicle was searched “before and after transport.” The location of the arrest was listed as Teresa’s New Jersey home.

The arrest details were first reported by TMZ, and Us Weekly later obtained the arrest report. Us reached out to Milania’s legal reps for comment.

Milania’s arrest was tied to a domestic violence incident that took place around 6:12 p.m. on May 14. Chief Andrew Caggiano said Milania was released pending her next court appearance and that a criminal complaint is “merely an accusation. ” with the defendant presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court. A hearing was held on May 19, but no plea was entered.

After staying quiet for a stretch, Milania broke her silence on the arrest on Monday, June 29. In a TikTok video. she said. “I have one thing to say. I’m going to save the rest for tomorrow. But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe. That’s AI.” She added, “I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”.

Milania then said, “s*** happens in life.” She continued, “It is what it is, you gotta learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it.” She said she “just was not in a good area in my life. ” adding that “some other stuff happened to me.” She also pushed back on how much people thought they knew. saying. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life. you just really don’t.”.

The tension around the case has also played out in prior social media posts. On Thursday. June 11. Milania shared cryptic messages through Instagram Stories. including a repost of an inspirational quote account message that read: “Be humble.” In the caption. she wrote. “None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody.”.

Milania, 20, is one of Teresa Giudice, 54, and Joe Giudice’s four daughters. She is the third-eldest daughter and shares the family spotlight with Gabriella, 21, Gia, 25, and Audriana, 16. She made her Bravo debut in 2009 when The Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered. and she is currently a student at the University of Tampa. majoring in advertising and public relations.

  1. I don’t get it, was she arrested for assault or for throwing stuff at the house? They keep saying May 14 like it’s the whole story but then it’s tied to another incident too. Either way sounds like a mess.

  2. Handcuffs at her mom’s house and they searched the car like right away… that’s pretty serious. But also TMZ always runs with stuff so who knows. Throwing candles doesn’t automatically mean assault tho right? I’m not saying she’s innocent just saying the details are confusing.

  3. People love to say “presumed innocent” but the headline already decided it for half the internet. If she was “erratic” and throwing food and candles, that’s like… mental health? Or are we calling it domestic violence no matter what? And then the article cuts off mid quote like typical. I’m just waiting for the whole TikTok to be posted so we can actually see what she said.
