Milania Giudice addresses assault arrest more than month later

Over a month after court records put Milania Giudice’s May arrest for assault into the spotlight, the 20-year-old spoke in a June 28 TikTok about moving forward, learning from “what happened,” and laughing at an alleged AI-generated mugshot circulating online.
Milania Giudice didn’t wait for the noise to fade before responding. More than a month after news broke that she was arrested for assault, the 20-year-old posted a June 28 TikTok video speaking directly about the incident and what comes next.
In the video. Giudice said “stuff ‘happens in life and it is what it is. ’” adding that she’s trying to move forward. “You gotta learn from it, just become a better person and talk about it,” she said. She also pushed back against how complete outsiders think they are about her life. “I just was not in a good area in my life,” she explained. “And you know what, that happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me. Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”.
She also addressed a detail that has followed her since the arrest. Giudice said an alleged mugshot that was circulating online had been made using artificial intelligence. Joking about how it appeared, she said, “I ate down in my mug shot. I was fire. I mean. nothing to be proud of. but I’m making sure of that.” Her caption for the post read. “Peace and love.”.
Court records reviewed indicate Giudice was charged with one count of simple assault purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury on May 14.
