Megan Moroney abruptly stopped her Denver concert after three songs, giving an emotional apology and promise to reschedule.
Megan Moroney fans will be on “Cloud 9” over the singer’s new collaboration with American Girl.
American Girl is launching a doll and line of accessories inspired by Moroney, the Mattel-owned brand announced on Aug. 5.
The accessory collection, now available for purchase, includes concert-inspired outfits and other add-ons for 18-inch dolls shaped by Moroney’s own fashion.
The Moroney-inspired 18-inch doll will be released later this year, American Girl said.
Moroney, who said she has loved American Girl for as long as she can remember, told USA TODAY she hopes fans see “another creative side” of her through the collaboration.
“My real life tour looks all came out of my imagination so it is very cool to have them available for American Girl,” she said. “Aside from just writing songs, creativity has always been part of who I am, and I hope this collection inspires girls to be creative, express themselves, and dream big too.”

The 18-inch American Girl doll inspired by Moroney will be released later this year in time for the holiday season, the company said.
It will be available for purchase exclusively on Target’s website starting Nov. 22. The doll will be available to purchase in stores in early December.
This launch marks the first time American Girl dolls will be sold at Target. The price of the doll has not yet been announced.

Fans of Moroney don’t have to wait until the holiday season to get their hands on some pieces of the collection.
As of Aug. 5, American Girl has launched a collection of accessories and outfits inspired by her, and they’re now available for purchase.
The line includes items such as a mic stand resembling the one Moroney uses on tour and a pink sequined dress similar to the singer’s style.
