With the domestic battery arrest now part of the public record. the new charge adds another legal hurdle on top of what has already been made public about him.
The former NFL player, who spent 10 years in the league, is most known for playing for the Bills, Chargers, Cowboys, and Jaguars. After his playing career, he worked for ESPN through 2018, then moved to Fox Sports, where he worked until 2022.
He remains entitled to constitutional protections and is presumed innocent until proven guilty. A response to the charge is expected, though what he says publicly may depend on what his lawyer advises.

Without bond already?? Wow.
I don’t get how they can say domestic battery but not say what happened. Like is it just rumors until court? Either way, he was already tangled in other stuff so I’m not surprised.
Sounds like he’s being punished because of the sexual assault allegations, not the domestic battery. They keep stacking charges to make it look worse right? That ESPN/Fox job makes it crazy too, like how do you get arrested and still be in the media world.
Orange County jail, July 4… of course. I’m sure they’ll eventually say it’s some misunderstanding but the article literally won’t tell the details. And it says ‘presumed innocent’ but also ‘still being held without bond’ so which is it, innocent or not? Idk man, I just remember his name from when he was with the Cowboys/Jaguars, but now it’s all headlines.
