A Madison Beer soundcheck clip from Amsterdam shows her answering a call from her boyfriend, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert, then telling him “I Love You” in front of the entire venue. The viral moment ties to their shared “Locket Tour” stop o
A phone rings from the middle of a concert soundcheck. Madison Beer answers it onstage. In the background, the venue’s attention is already locked on her.
Then her boyfriend picks up the line: Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert.
The moment went viral on X on Tuesday. with viewers watching Beer switch smoothly from performing to flirty. on-the-spot conversation with the person she came here to make space for. While she politely explained that she was “a bit busy at the moment. ” she made sure he heard it—clearly and without hesitation—saying. “I Love You” to Herbert in front of the entire venue before the call ended.
Beer’s “Locket Tour” show in Amsterdam took place on May 21 at the Ziggo Dome.
Onstage, she performed “Baby,” a track that sits at number 18 on her tour setlist. The song is special to the couple because Herbert starred as her romantic lead in the music video for it. As she stood under the stage lights. Beer looked directly toward the section of the arena where Herbert was watching the show—and sang a line fans recognized from the studio version: “I’m the best you ever had. Justin. I can turn you on.”.
The entertainment moment didn’t end with the show. The following day—after the Amsterdam stop—Beer and Herbert were spotted taking casual strolls through the streets of Paris. Herbert is currently on his NFL offseason, and he flew across the Atlantic to accompany her.
That overseas trip came with a schedule tradeoff back home. Before Beer’s Amsterdam show. Justin Herbert and Madison Beer took a night off on May 20 to attend Harry Styles’ concert at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Then. it was back to the kind of absence that usually draws attention in the NFL: Herbert skipped a couple of voluntary spring practices—specifically Phase 2 sessions open to the media—to fly out to Europe and support Madison Beer on the “Locket Tour.”.
Under the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement, those spring sessions are completely optional. The Chargers’ actual, formal OTAs did not kick off until May 26.
And while these voluntary sessions are optional, the next step in the calendar is not. Attendance is required for all veteran players at mandatory minicamp, which will take place between June 16 and June 18.
For the couple, the travel pace appears to be steady. Beer’s European leg of the “Locket Tour” is set to conclude on May 31 in England. and it seems Herbert will remain overseas with her through the end of the month. After a short post-Europe break. the tour will pick back up in June for a major run through the United States and Canada.
The relationship itself has moved from private to visible in recent months. Beer and Herbert confirmed their relationship in October 2025, and cameras caught them sharing a kiss on the sidelines during a Los Angeles Chargers home game against the Washington Commanders at SoFi Stadium.
