Kris Jenner Secures Protective Order Against Alleged Stalker

Kris Jenner didn’t just ask for help—she went to court to put distance between her family and a man she says has been fixated on them for years.

On Friday. a judge granted a protective order for Kris Jenner and all of her kids: Kylie Jenner. Kendall Jenner. Kim Kardashian. Khloe Kardashian. Kourtney Kardashian. and Rob Kardashian. Court documents obtained by the outlet described the alleged stalker as Colorado man Kyle Robert DeWick. calling him a “stalker” with “no relationship whatsoever” who has been obsessed with the entire family for years. with a particular focus on Kylie.

In a sworn declaration, Kris said DeWick repeatedly tried to contact family members, showed up near their homes, and attempted to access properties owned by or located near them. She said security first notified her about him in 2021 after he attempted to visit Kylie’s house multiple times.

Kris claimed DeWick believed Kylie Jenner encouraged him to pursue her and propose to her—an idea Kris insists never happened. She also said DeWick became so angry that he filed a federal action against her in 2024, accusing the family of surveilling him and seeking what he called “access” to them.

What she said is most alarming is that the alleged stalker’s criminal history includes violent assault. Kris added that DeWick resurfaced again recently. contacting real estate agents connected to family properties to tour homes nearby where they live. She also alleged he tried to speak to neighbors to gain access to the gated community.

Kris told the court this behavior caused severe emotional distress. and she said she fears for her safety and the safety of her kids. She requested a restraining order ordering DeWick to stop contacting the family and to stay at least 100 years away from them. as well as their homes. workplaces. and vehicles.

With the protective order granted, Kris has secured a legal barrier aimed at stopping further contact and proximity—at least for now—as the allegations play out in court.
