Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 85 today before dropping to a low of 68 tonight.
According to the NWS, doppler radar suggested that areas of Camden County were already flooding before 7 a.m., potentially impacting commuters between the Philadelphia and South Jersey.
Flooding may also impact highways across the two states, including Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania and Interstate 295 in New Jersey.
