Ciara Miller’s Red Hair Turns Reunion Into a Statement

Ciara Miller’s – Ciara Miller, 30, says her burgundy “cherry-cola” red hair during the three-part Summer House reunion was both symbolic and a chance to try something new—while her glam choices, including a standout Di Petsa two-piece dress, were designed to do the talking.
Ciara Miller didn’t show up to the Summer House reunion quietly. For the three-part reunion, she went for a vivid burgundy shade she’s described as “cherry-cola,” and she framed it as more than a style switch.
In a new interview with Allure on Wednesday, June 10, Miller, 30, explained that she doesn’t change her hair often. “I don’t experiment with my hair color a lot,” she said. Still. she felt the new look had a message baked into it—calling the red “like. ‘She’s on fire.’” She added. “It was symbolic. but I also wanted to try something new.”.
That “cherry-cola” description comes from a May interview with BravoTV as well. where Miller leaned into the distinctiveness of the color. This reunion season wasn’t short on drama—Miller previously made headlines for confronting her former BFF Amanda Batula and ex West Wilson about their romance during the season 10 reunion—but her look turned into another kind of spotlight. She wanted the hair to match the moment.
Her outfit choices carried the same intent. For her two-piece Di Petsa dress, Miller said she wanted her glam to stand out against the “muted” design. The dress, she explained, featured a sheer bodice, a bra top and a nude skirt with fringe embellishments. “I wanted my glam to really be able to speak for itself,” she told Allure.
Miller also shared that her fans should pay attention to her hair beyond just color. “Honestly, I hope they talk about how I have great hair, I’ve had great glam, and the type of friend that I am,” she said. “And leave it at that.”
She’s set to bring that same energy to her next stretch of reality TV. cohosting on Love Island USA’s Aftersun—where viewers can expect to see “hair accessories [and] jewels.” Miller said she’s also returning to braids. telling Allure. “I wore braids when I was younger. Being able to come back to that style is nostalgic but a representation of who I actually am.”.
The reasoning behind the look is personal and clear. She said the choice speaks to her comfort—“not trying to fit in a box, avoid questions, or being in white spaces and having my hair be a topic of conversation.” She added that it helps her shed “the anxiety or the anticipation of that.”
Heading into what she described as a new mindset. Miller said. “Going into this next era… I’m in my ‘F*** it. f*** you’ era of I am me. I’m being myself. I’m taking up space with my hair. but also in my presence.” She continued. “When I’m walking into the room. it’s understanding that I deserve to be here. I’m grateful and I don’t take any of this for granted. but I’m also where I’m supposed to be.”.
Behind the scenes, she credits the people making the styling possible. Miller credited her hairstylists, saying, “It’s a team effort between me and my hairstylist taking care of my hair, trying to protect it, and morphing into different styles.”

So her hair is symbolic now? Lol.
I barely even watch Summer House but I saw the headline about her red hair and thought it was like a breakup thing? Cherry-cola sounds cute tho. The outfit sounds like it was trying way too hard.
Wait I thought Amanda Batula was the one causing drama, but now it’s her hair too? I don’t get how hair color is “on fire” like… it’s just red. Also the dress with sheer bodice and nude skirt fringe?? That’s not subtle at all. Like obviously it’s gonna get attention.
“Cherry-cola” burgundy is such a weird description, but I guess people will eat it up. She “doesn’t experiment” with hair color a lot yet she changes it for a reunion… so which one is it? And all this talk about glam “speaking for itself” makes me laugh because everyone’s just there to watch the fights anyway. I’m not saying hair doesn’t matter, but come on lol.
