Aaron Rodgers lists New Jersey mansion for $15M after Jets stint

Aaron Rodgers left the New York Jets after a disappointing two-year stint in 2025, and now his multi-million-dollar mansion in New Jersey has been listed for sale.

Purchased in June 2023 for $9.5 million, the home at 349 Crestmont Road on the Cedar Grove-Montclair border was listed on Aug. 7 for $15 million — that’s a 58% price hike. The home was listed by Coldwell Banker Realty in Mendham.

The taxes for 2025 were $71,369… yes, just the property taxes.

The 18-room, 2.39-acre estate sits right on the border between Montclair and Cedar Grove near Mills Reservation with views of the New York City skyline.

Built in 2022, it features eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a custom chef’s kitchen and as many windows as you can imagine. In the basement, there is a wine cellar, cigar lounge, meditation room, media room, wet bar and a fitness center.

On the property, there is “a heated salt-chlorinated freeform gunite pool and spa with Afyon Cloud marble, anchoring a resort-style outdoor living area complete with fire pit, sauna, and cold plunge,” according to the listing.

Following a trade to the Jets during the 2023 offseason, Rodgers came in with much fanfare and hopes he could turn them into a playoff contender. However, a torn Achilles in his first series with New York ended his season. In 2024, he came back and led the Jets to a 5-12 season.
