A court has ordered 90 Day Fiancé alum Jasmine Pineda, 39, to pay her ex-husband Gino Palazzolo, 57, $20,000 in spousal support as their divorce is officially finalized. Payments are set at $500 a month for 40 months starting July 1, 2026.
When the divorce finally landed, the settlement didn’t end the noise—it just changed what comes next.
Jasmine Pineda, 39, has been ordered to pay her ex-husband, Gino Palazzolo, 57, $20,000 in spousal support after their divorce was finalized. Legal documents obtained by MISRYOUM show the court directed Pineda to pay $500 per month for 40 months.
The payment schedule begins on the first day of the month after the Judgment of Divorce is granted. The documents specify that spousal support will commence on July 1, 2026.
The money is only one part of the final terms. In the division of property, Palazzolo will keep the couple’s Canton, MI property, while Pineda gets to keep their home in Dunedin, FL.
The court also laid out how the rest of their lives would be sorted: each party will retain their own clothing, jewelry and personal effects, along with any furniture and furnishings inside their respective properties. Palazzolo will additionally keep the 2015 Ford Explorer.
Even after the legal process concluded, both sides are signaling that the fight isn’t finished—just moved to the public arena.
After the divorce was finalized, Pineda spoke through her lawyer, Andrew J. Tahmazian. In a statement to MISRYOUM on Friday. June 26. Tahmazian said. “My client has exercised remarkable restraint despite repeated public accusations that we believe are false and damaging. The legal process has concluded. yet the public attacks have not.” He added that the team is issuing “a formal cease-and-desist demand. ” and said they are prepared to pursue “every legal remedy available” if defamatory statements continue. Tahmazian’s statement emphasized that “Reputation has value, and the law provides recourse when false statements cause harm.”.
Pineda’s manager, Dominique Enchinton, also addressed the resolution in a separate statement. Enchinton said Jasmine has been forced to defend herself against “a narrative that simply does not align with either the facts or the outcome of this case. ” and argued that the final divorce resolution “speaks louder than months of interviews. online commentary. and accusations.”.
Enchinton continued that Jasmine “chose peace over prolonged litigation. ” honoring the settlement to close the chapter and focus on “her children. her family. and her future.” He said the continued public attacks made it necessary to respond. adding that “the legal process has concluded. and the outcome speaks for itself.” Enchinton stated that Jasmine is moving forward “with grace. dignity. and purpose—not conflict. ” and said they are “fully prepared to protect Jasmine’s rights” if false statements continue.
Palazzolo’s side rejected the idea that Pineda’s request was justified. His legal representative told MISRYOUM that Pineda would not receive “one red cent” from Palazzolo. The lawyer characterized Palazzolo as someone who offered from the beginning for “each party to walk away keeping their own property.” The representative said Pineda “asked for money she was not entitled to. ” and described Palazzolo’s response as being forced after Pineda attempted to default him in an out-of-state court. The representative concluded that “the end result” is that Jasmine is paying money while he is not paying her.
The divorce story has been winding for years in the public eye. Palazzolo and Pineda met online in 2019 and married in June 2023. Their relationship was documented on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, the flagship show, and 90 Day: The Last Resort. Palazzolo filed for divorce in Michigan in July 2025, after separating on April 22, 2024. Pineda filed in Florida in August 2025.
The couple also agreed to have a nonmonogamous relationship, which Palazzolo later said he regretted. Pineda began seeing Matt Branistareanu, and the couple welcomed daughter Matilda in March 2025. Pineda also has sons Juance and JC from a previous relationship.
With the court’s final orders now in place—$20. 000 in spousal support. specific property allocations for Canton. MI and Dunedin. FL. and a payment start date of July 1. 2026—the question that remains is whether the next chapter stays contained to the terms on paper. or continues spilling into the public back-and-forth.
