Zoey Deutch made a striking arrival at Netflix’s Tudum Theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday, June 16, dressed in a red strapless Valentino gown.
On the blue carpet. the 31-year-old actress posed for photos with her on-screen leading man. Nick Robinson. as well as with her real-life fiancé. Jimmy Tatro. The red-carpet moment brought two versions of her “leading men” life into the same frame—one tied to the film and one tied to her personal story.
Deutch wasn’t the only familiar face turning heads. Co-stars and creative talent for Voicemails for Isabelle also stepped out. including Harry Shum Jr with his wife. Shelby Rabara; Lukas Gage with his BFF Madelyn Cline; Ciara Bravo; Megan Danso; Toby Sandeman; Alice Comer; and Iris Everly. Writer/director Leah McKendrick and composer Este Haim were also on hand.
Voicemails for Isabelle follows Jill, who copes with her sister’s death by leaving voicemails chronicling her chaotic life in San Francisco. When the number is unknowingly reassigned, an elusive Austin real estate agent begins receiving the confessional messages.
The film premieres THIS Friday, June 19, on Netflix, with Nick Offerman, Gil Bellows, and Spencer Lord also starring.
