The easiest way to turn an ordinary Hyatt stay into extra points is already sitting in your account. But there’s a catch: for several current World of Hyatt promotions, you only get the boost if you register by a deadline—and some offers won’t even appear for everyone.
To see what’s available to you, log in to your World of Hyatt account and click “My offers” in the menu on the left-hand side of the page. Some of the promotions below may be targeted, meaning readers may not see every offer listed.
Earn 2,000 bonus points every 2 nights
Registration deadline: Sept. 1
Stay window: After registration and between July 1 and Sept. 7
On eligible stays. you’ll get 2. 000 bonus points for every two eligible nights stayed at Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide. Mr & Mrs Smith hotels. The Venetian Resort. and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt properties. Properties are considered participating only if they participate in World of Hyatt at both the time of booking and the time of stay.
There’s also a cap: you can earn at most 8,000 bonus points through this promotion. Nights booked at an eligible paid rate, with Hyatt points or with Hyatt free night certificates are eligible. Bonus points should post within two to three weeks of checkout.

Earn 3,000 bonus points per stay of 3 nights or more at Hyatt Place and Hyatt Select

Stay window: After registration and between June 1 and July 31
This offer delivers 3. 000 bonus points on each eligible stay of three or more consecutive nights at Hyatt Place and Hyatt Select properties in the United States. Canada. the Caribbean and Latin America—if those properties participate in World of Hyatt at both the time of booking and the time of stay.
You can earn at most 30,000 bonus points through this promotion. Nights booked at an eligible paid rate, with Hyatt points or with Hyatt free night certificates are eligible, and bonus points should post within two to three weeks of checkout.
Earn 5,000 bonus points per stay of 5 nights or more at Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios
Registration deadline: Dec. 31
Stay window: After registration and between Jan. 20 and Dec. 31
For longer trips, World of Hyatt is offering 5,000 bonus points on each eligible stay of five or more consecutive nights at Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios properties that participate in World of Hyatt at both the time of booking and the time of stay.
Again, there’s a ceiling: you can earn at most 50,000 bonus points through this promotion. Nights booked at an eligible paid rate, with Hyatt points or with Hyatt free night certificates are eligible. Bonus points should post within two to three weeks of checkout.
20% points back on Las Vegas stays
Registration deadline: July 31
Stay window: After registration and between April 3 and July 31
If your next stop is Las Vegas, there’s a points-back offer: you’ll get 20% bonus points back on the Hyatt points redeemed for eligible stays at participating Las Vegas-area properties. The points should post to your account two to three weeks after your stay.

Earn bonus American AAdvantage miles on Under Canvas stays
Registration deadline: Sept. 12
Stay window: After registration and between June 5 and Sept. 13
There’s also an American AAdvantage miles offer tied to Under Canvas locations. You can earn 1 American AAdvantage bonus mile per dollar spent on eligible stays at Under Canvas locations. plus ULUM Moab. Bar N Ranch and The Fields of Michigan. This earning is in addition to the Hyatt points you’ll earn on your stay.
Nights booked at an eligible paid rate, with Hyatt points or with Hyatt free night certificates are eligible as long as the property participates in World of Hyatt both when you book and when you stay. Bonus miles should post within three to four weeks of checkout.
Cardmembers earn more on Under Canvas stays
Registration deadline: June 12 (closed to new registration)
Stay window: After registration and between June 1 and Sept. 8
This one is already closed to new sign-ups. but it’s included in the current list for those who registered earlier. If you signed up during the registration window. you can still earn 20 points per dollar spent on stays at Under Canvas locations. ULUM Moab. The Fields of Michigan and Bar N Ranch when you book through Hyatt and pay using your World of Hyatt Credit Card (see rates and fees) or World of Hyatt Business Credit Card (see rates and fees).
The 20 points per dollar spent is made up of 11 bonus points per dollar spent through this promotion (up to 100. 000 bonus points). plus the 5 base points per dollar you earn as a World of Hyatt member and the 4 bonus points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at Hyatt hotels and resorts when you pay with your Hyatt card.
Nights booked at an eligible paid rate, with Hyatt points or with Hyatt free night certificates are eligible. Allow three to four weeks for the bonus points to post to your account.
The bottom line is simple. even if the details aren’t: World of Hyatt promotions can be an effective way to earn extra rewards on upcoming stays or get points back on award redemptions. But with many offers requiring registration and some being targeted. it pays to check “My offers” in your Hyatt account regularly to confirm what’s available to you.

I swear these deadlines are always like 2 days from when you see the post. Sept 1… cool cool.
Wait is this like 2,000 points total or 2,000 every 2 nights? Bc that’s a big difference. Also targeted offers?? so basically it’s random luck?
Why does it say July 1 to Sept 7, but you have to register by Sept 1… doesn’t that mean you’d already be traveling? Unless you can like backdate it or something. Hyatt points always confuse me.
