The deal comes with tight limits. Only 1,948 commemorative can bundles will be sold across all three days. Mountain Dew will announce how many bundles remain each day through its Instagram Stories at 12 p.m. ET, and the offer is limited to one bundle per person.
Each bundle includes a commemorative can and a 10-pack of mini cans. The name of the promotion is tied directly to that nostalgia—Mountain Dew is explicitly leaning into the familiar nickel price from an earlier era, even as it packages the campaign in today’s internet culture.
