But there’s a way to get those same Walmart Deals online a full day earlier: Walmart+ members are getting first dibs on the Walmart Deals markdowns starting June 22 at 12:01 a.m. ET—before the general public.
To sweeten that early access, Walmart is offering Walmart+ memberships for 50% off. The price drops to $49 a year from $98 a year, but only for a limited time. For shoppers who want the first crack at the deals “before they’re gone,” that early window is the entire point.
The membership perk list goes well beyond the sale itself. Walmart says Walmart+ members will be first to shop Walmart’s Black Friday Sale as well. I saw this on my feed and thought it said Walmart+ is gonna be free for 50% off forever… guess not. Still $49 a year is like a steal if you get fuel discounts and Burger King stuff (do people actually use that?).
