Waldorf Astoria London at Admiralty Arch Takes Reservations

Hilton has opened reservations for Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, with stays from March 1, 2027. Set inside the landmark building at Admiralty Arch—built between 1910 and 1912 and once commissioned by King Edward VII— the hotel will offer 114 rooms,
By the time the first guests begin arriving in London. the building will have already watched more than its share of history. Admiralty Arch—its twin arches carrying the road beneath toward The Mall—was built between 1910 and 1912 and commissioned by King Edward VII as a tribute to Queen Victoria. Over the decades. it has housed the kind of stories London keeps close: figures such as Winston Churchill. and even Ian Fleming. the author of “James Bond.”.
Now, Hilton is ready to turn that landmark setting into a new destination of its own. Reservations are open for the Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, with stays from March 1, 2027 onward. Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta said it’s the Hilton opening he’s most excited about.
The project has been in motion for nearly a decade. It began with a 2017 announcement of the transformation, later slowed by setbacks. The team behind The Surrey in New York and W South Beach, along with real estate firm Reuben Brothers, ultimately took the project further.
When it opens, the hotel will include 114 guestrooms, suites and residences. Inside. the design is being framed by Hilton as “the understated elegance and service for which Waldorf Astoria is known.” The most talked-about space is expected to be a two-bedroom suite in the fourth-floor bridge—the literal arch—with views of Buckingham Palace. a setup that already sounds like it will be difficult to secure.
Food and drink will be a major part of the draw. Chef Clare Smyth will introduce London to Coreus. a seafood-forward concept. while chef Daniel Boulud returns to London with Cafe Boulud. And above it all. there will be a rooftop bar with views of the Mall. Palace and Trafalgar Square—an outlook that turns a night out into something close to an address.
Wellness follows the same high-end tone, with a spa that includes steam rooms and hydrotherapy pools.
Booking is already possible for early planners. Opening rates start around $888 per night or 160,000 Hilton Honors points per night. Still. Hilton’s new opening comes with a familiar warning for anyone booking far ahead: hotel opening dates can change. and opening a hotel—especially one as major as this—never runs on a straight line.
If you want this one on your calendar anyway, the date Hilton is tying to reservations is March 1, 2027—starting point included, uncertainty acknowledged.

March 1, 2027?? That’s like forever away, might as well book a different life lol.
114 rooms in that crazy old arch building sounds cool, but $888 a night is insane. Also they say dates can change… so why even let me “reserve” now.
Wait so it’s literally in the bridge part? I thought “Admiralty Arch” was just like a gate, not a whole hotel. If it’s facing Buckingham Palace then I’m guessing everyone gets a palace view? Probably not, but still.
160,000 Hilton points per night… so basically if you have points you’re already rich. They’re really charging for history too, Churchill and Bond vibes or whatever. I’d rather stay somewhere cheaper and just look at the arch from the street.
