Tom Sandoval has been granted a temporary restraining order against his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father Will after an alleged attack that led to Victoria’s arrest. The order also requires Victoria and her father to vacate Sandoval’s home.
Tom Sandoval didn’t just ask for space—he moved to keep Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will, out of his life.
The former Vanderpump Rules star was granted a temporary restraining order ordering Robinson, 33, and Will to stay away from him. The order also requires them to vacate Tom Sandoval’s home, where they had been staying with him.
The request follows an alleged attack involving Robinson, which came after a night of drinking. Sandoval. who is 42. was reportedly attacked by Robinson and. according to the account that has been circulating. she hit him in the face and head. leaving him with blurry vision. After the incident, Robinson was arrested.
Robinson’s father, who was also living with Sandoval, is accused of holding Sandoval in a bear hug right before Robinson assaulted him.
A video that appears to be security footage has also surfaced. In the clip, Tom and Will argue on a patio, with Victoria sitting next to Sandoval by a fire pit. At one point, Sandoval asks whether she is recording him and appears to grab her phone. Will then grabs Sandoval by the waist to pull him away. Sandoval shoves Will, and Will falls over the fire pit as Sandoval rushes into the house. Will races after him, and Victoria yells for them to stop before entering the home as well.
The incident in the video traces back to June 3. Sandoval also claims Robinson repeatedly struck him, that Will threatened him, and that Will punched a hole in the bedroom door where Sandoval had locked himself inside.
Will disputes that version of events. In his own telling. the district attorney didn’t file the case “for a reason.” He says he lifted Sandoval off his daughter because Sandoval was overpowering and twisting Robinson’s arm. and because Sandoval was trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at them in an aggressive and threatening manner.
Will also says he was the one who called the police, not Tom. He further claims the home is actually Victoria’s, not Sandoval’s.
“We just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
