Tom Sandoval Gets Dual Restraining Orders Against Ex

Tom Sandoval has been granted dual temporary restraining orders against Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, ordering them out of his Los Angeles home and keeping them at least 100 yards away. The orders stem from Sandoval’s June 3 allegations

Tom Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, have been kicked out of his Los Angeles home—at least temporarily—after the court granted Sandoval dual temporary restraining orders.

The Vanderpump Rules alum says he was verbally and physically abused during a June 3 incident. which was partially caught on camera. Sandoval also alleged he was displaced from a rental home he’s paying for since that night. and asked the court to force Victoria and Will out because he was “gravely concerned for my safety and well-being.”.

In the temporary orders granted this week, Victoria and Will were told they must leave Sandoval’s LA home. The court directed them to take only “personal clothing and belongings needed until the hearing” before moving out immediately.

From there, the restrictions tighten. They are required to stay 100 yards away from Sandoval, including avoiding his home, workplace, and car. The orders also bar Victoria and Will from obtaining or having any firearms in their possession.

The temporary restraining orders are set to expire on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled.

Will Robinson, speaking to TMZ on Thursday, pushed back on the situation’s framing. He claimed they were staying in his “daughter’s home,” and that they both wanted “Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”

The court’s timetable—move out now. stay 100 yards away. and reassess on July 16—places both families’ claims into a tight window. For Sandoval, the immediate priority is safety and distance. For Victoria and Will. the push is that they’re being portrayed unfairly. even as the legal restrictions remain in place until the next hearing.

Sandoval was granted the chance to get back space in his day-to-day life quickly. Victoria and Will, meanwhile, face a clear limit on how close they can be, even as the dispute over what happened on June 3 heads toward another round in court on July 16.
