Tom Homan Fumes Over ‘Nazi’ Rhetoric as Death Threats Surge

Homan links – White House border czar Tom Homan denounced Democratic comparisons of ICE agents to Nazis, saying the language has fueled an 8,000% rise in death threats against immigration officers.

White House border czar Tom Homan didn’t mince words during a Saturday night interview, arguing that Democrats’ descriptions of ICE agents have gone beyond politics and into danger.

On Fox News’ “My View” with Lara Trump. Homan was asked by the host—after President Donald Trump asked for his take on Democrats’ “stale tactics” of calling immigration enforcement “racist” and questioning the character of agents during DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin’s congressional testimony last week—how such attacks affect the morale of agents working on the ground.

“The people who day in and day out are putting their lives on the line, because it’s not just that they are attacking Secretary Mullin — they are attacking the entire agency,” Lara Trump said.

Homan responded by stressing that he doesn’t base his enforcement on identity. “I’m an equal opportunity deporter,” he said. “I don’t care what color they are or what country they’re from.” He added that ICE agents have booted illegal immigrants from 161 countries. including many Asian and European countries. and reiterated that he doesn’t care where they were from.

Then he turned to the comparisons he says are driving escalation: those who label ICE “Nazi,” portray it as a “secret police,” or describe its agents with “racist” claims.

“When you keep using those [terms] — the Nazi, secret police, racist [claims] — that instills violence,” Homan continued. “That’s why death threats against ICE officers are up 8,000%.”

He said the rhetoric also emboldens a subset of opponents. In his account, Democratic lawmakers who call ICE “racist” or compare agents to Nazis give power to “the small percentage of people on the left who are already nuts” to commit violence.

Homan’s comments land after a series of Democrats attacked ICE following Trump’s return to the White House last year. Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker compared Trump’s ICE raids to Nazi Germany last fall. Rep. Ayanna Pressley compared “racist” ICE workers to the KKK.

Taken together. the contrast in messaging is stark: Homan frames the language as a catalyst that translates into threats against agents. while Democrats who have made the comparisons argue they’re drawing parallels meant to condemn what they view as racist enforcement. The debate isn’t staying confined to speeches and interviews anymore—it’s now tied. in Homan’s telling. to real consequences on the ground.

  1. So they’re blaming “Nazi” words for death threats… ok but why are threats even a thing?

  2. 8,000% sounds fake as hell. Like who counts death threats? Seems like a political number they throw out to justify more ICE power.

  3. I don’t even know what “secret police” means in this context, but comparing ICE to anything like Nazis is definitely wild. Still, Homan saying “equal opportunity deporter” makes it sound like he’s proud people are being targeted.

  4. Honestly I feel like both sides are just throwing Nazi stuff around to get clicks. If people are sending threats, that’s on them, not just the wording… but at the same time Trump admin loves escalation so I’m not surprised. Also “161 countries” like he’s bragging, that’s not a defense, that’s just numbers, like how many families got ripped apart.
