Tiger Woods Flies Back to Switzerland Rehab After DUI

Tiger Woods’ private jet left Florida Saturday night and landed in Switzerland Sunday, returning to the country where he recently attended a rehab program after his late-March DUI arrest. Woods faces two misdemeanor charges and has pled not guilty.
Tiger Woods’ private jet left Florida Saturday night and touched down in Switzerland on Sunday—heading back to the European country where he recently attended a rehab program.
The timing has added weight for anyone following Woods’ recovery. After Woods was arrested and charged with DUI last month. he checked himself into a rehab program in Switzerland. traveling overseas in a bid to protect his privacy. Earlier this month, the golfer was also seen flying back to the United States, landing in Palm Beach, Florida. At the time, it wasn’t clear whether that move meant his rehab was completely finished. Now the return to Switzerland suggests he may still be working through his recovery.
Woods is dealing with two misdemeanor charges (along with one traffic citation) connected to his late March crash. The charges are driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a lawful test. He has pled not guilty to the charges.

Wait so he’s in rehab again? Like how many times we doing this.
I don’t get why he has to fly all the way to Switzerland just to “recover.” Couldn’t they do that in Florida? Also DUI and refusing tests… not a good look.
Maybe the jet thing is just PR. Like he probably already finished rehab and this is just him vacationing in Europe and everybody’s making it a whole thing. But yeah, “refusal to submit” sounds serious, so idk.
Switzerland rehab sounds fancy but he still got two misdemeanors?? That’s wild. I saw something earlier that he landed in Palm Beach like it was over, so this Switzerland trip makes it seem like it’s not done. Also the refusal to take the test… that’s basically the part everyone will remember. Hope he actually gets better though, I guess.
