The Daily Show Says Trump “Needs to F–k a Dude”

The Daily – Ronny Chieng reacted to Donald Trump’s stage comments praising a Coast Guard Academy graduate’s looks and muscles by joking that the president “needs to f–k a dude,” adding that he seemed to be “discovering something about himself.”

Donald Trump’s habit of singling out attractive men hit a new punchline on “The Daily Show” — with host Ronny Chieng turning Thursday’s monologue into a blunt, NSFW critique.

The segment began after Trump pulled a Coast Guard Academy graduate up on stage and “rambl[ed] about his ‘muscles.’” Chieng pointed to the moment Trump delivered praise that went beyond the commencement setting, framing it as a message with a much more personal tone.

“He started off on Thursday,” Chieng said during the monologue. “Trump gave the commencement speech at the Coast Guard Academy, and he had a different message for graduates. And that message was, ‘Daddy likey.’”

Chieng said the comments centered on the cadet, who earned a perfect score on every single fitness test. In the clip played by “The Daily Show,” Trump could be heard praising the graduate while pointing attention to his appearance.

“I want to see. I want to check him out,” Trump said in the footage. “Whoa. Wow. Look at this guy. Look at the muscles on this guy … Just hit him on the shoulder, my hand, it’s like hitting a rock.”

Chieng then pivoted from the scene to what it meant in the larger pattern. “Well, we wanted Trump to stop harassing women, and I guess he found a loophole,” he quipped. “I mean, seriously, is Trump a college sophomore?. Because if you’ve been paying any attention recently, it looks like he’s been discovering something about himself.”.

To drive the point home, the comedy show aired a compilation of times Trump had singled out “handsome men.” After that montage, Chieng’s conclusion landed sharply.

“OK, I’m just going to say it. The president needs to f–k a dude, all right?” he said.

Chieng kept going, telling Trump: “Like, just go for it, Mr. President. I’m not even saying you’re gay.” He added that the comments seemed less like leadership and more like something he believed Trump needed to “get out of your system. ” arguing. “And don’t worry about what your supporters will think. You’ll be fine — your base will love it and your shaft.”.

“The Daily Show” airs weeknights at 11 p.m. ET on Comedy Central, with Chieng delivering the remarks as viewers watched the monologue unfold around Trump’s Coast Guard Academy appearance and the cascade of praise for the graduate’s body.

At this point, the humor wasn’t subtle: it was built directly from Trump’s own stage remarks, then stretched into a wider joke about what Chieng suggested Trump was “discovering” by repeatedly fixating on attractive men.
