Teddi Mellencamp’s mystery boyfriend, only known as “Valley Guy,” isn’t such a mystery anymore.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum has revealed the identity of her new boyfriend, PJ Conley, after previously keeping his name under wraps as she discussed their budding romance.
The reality star, 45, made the relationship Instagram official this week, sharing a series of photos and videos from her father John Mellencamp’s concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
“First he met a cougar. Then he met The Cougs,” Mellencamp captioned her Instagram post revealing Conley as the man she has been referring to as “Valley Guy.”
The outing was a family affair for Mellencamp, as Conley spent time with several members of her inner circle, including Kyle Richards. Other images she shared showed the couple together at the concert, with her children also in attendance.
Conley works as a financial benefits analyst and holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Before publicly identifying Conley, the “Masked Singer” contestant had been sharing tidbits about her new relationship online. Rather than reveal her boyfriend’s identity, Mellencamp nicknamed him “Valley Guy.”
During the Aug. 12 episode of “Two Ts in a Pod,” the podcast she co-hosts with fellow “Housewives” alum Tamra Judge, Mellencamp opened up about the concert and introducing Conley to the people closest to her.
“Yeah, I don’t think we could change his name to his real name. I think he’s got to just stay the ‘Valley Guy’ forever,” she said in the episode. “I mean, he’s not from this valley, but, like, his hometown has a valley in it, so it still counts.”
Judge responded by calling Conley “cute,” to which Mellencamp reacted, “Isn’t he cute?”
“He’s got a nice face, and he looks like he’s a nice guy,” Judge said in agreement.
“He’s funny,” Mellencamp shared. “He got along effortlessly with the fam, like my brothers, my sisters, my dad.”
Mellencamp’s new relationship comes as she continues to share updates about her health following her stage 4 cancer diagnosis. She was initially diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in 2022 and underwent numerous procedures to remove melanomas and lymph nodes. In February 2025, Mellencamp revealed doctors had found multiple tumors on her brain, and she later shared that the cancer had spread to her lungs.
Following treatment, Mellencamp announced later that year that scans showed no detectable cancer.
