Phil Parkinson has never been afraid to rotate his team, but
five changes from the win at Millwall has caught a few by surprise – including Wales
striker Kieffer Moore dropping to the bench.
Sam Smith gets his first league
start of the season as a result, while Callum O’Hare makes his Wrexham debut
after his deadline day move from Sheffield United for around £6.5m.
Ryan Longman returns to the starting line-up, as does Danny
Imray on the other flank, while Ollie Rathbone comes in. Josh Windass, Issa
Kabore, Lewis O’Brien and Jacques Ekomie – fresh from a goal at the Den – all drop
to the bench.
