According to the allegations described in the case. the situation began after a woman named Destiny Aleman accused him of trying to take her phone after she was kicked off a yacht. Aleman told police that Deen allegedly became upset after other men tried to talk to her. even though he warned her not to entertain anyone else.
The claim continues with what police said Deen did once she got off the yacht: he allegedly grabbed her arm and attempted to take her phone, leaving what authorities say was a minor scratch. Police also say the incident was captured during a livestream.
Ring camera footage from the yacht, police say, shows Deen yelling for someone to grab the woman’s phone while trying to stop her from recording as she attempted to get away. Records also show he was arrested on a felony attempted strong-arm robbery charge, with his bond listed as “to be set.”
