Learn the history of coffee and its provenance in a theory session one week, then get hands on the following week – tasting, making and practicing your speed.. May 14 and 21, and May 28 and June 4, all with 5pm starts.. The course is exclusively for Sit subscribers, no experience necessary.. • To celebrate the launch of her new cookbook, Tender, Lucy Tweed is popping up at the Shop & Wine Bar in Bondi on Wednesday May 13.. The author will be plating up choice recipes from the book with a glass of wine for just $35.. There’ll also be a few

surprises and copies of the book to purchase on the night..
