So basically the Brits won most of it? Tennis is just rich people swinging sticks lol.
Wait I thought this Rothesay thing was canceled or something?? But then it says singles wins and all these close scores. Idk who half these people are, but Ostapenko beating Francesca Jones 6-2 6-2 sounds like she was on one.
Jack Draper topping Giron in straight sets pretty wild, but also the article lists like 3 different Jack’s? I got confused and assumed one of them won the whole tournament already. Grass courts in England always mess with me… like is it slower or faster? Either way congrats i guess.
€773,465 purse is crazy for Eastbourne, like why is tennis money so high. Also I saw something about doubles going to Round of 16 and the score had 10-5 which I’m pretty sure isn’t even a real tennis number?? Maybe I’m thinking of something else. Either way seems like “upsets” happened so people will fight in comments about it.
