RHOA Star Pinky Cole Lists $6,000 Monthly Income

Pinky Cole’s bankruptcy paperwork lays out a strict monthly budget, showing $6,000 in income and detailed expenses—leaving $1,500 in disposable income.
For Pinky Cole, the numbers in her bankruptcy case don’t read like a lifestyle pitch—they read like a tight plan for making it to the next month.
In proposed reorganization documents filed as part of her ongoing bankruptcy. the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star listed her monthly income as $6. 000. The filing was made in her Chapter 11 case. according to legal documents reviewed in connection with the matter. with the details also tied to her finances and spending breakdown.
Cole. who is known for her Slutty Vegan restaurant line. laid out her budget in a way that leaves little room for surprises. She said she would spend $200 on children’s expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, and $300 on medical costs. She also projected $1,574 for Georgia state taxes and $1,343 for federal taxes.
After those amounts, Cole’s plan would leave her with $1,500 per month in disposable income.
The case itself began in February, when Cole filed for Chapter 11 to address her debts. As the bankruptcy moves forward. the filing also includes a dispute over one of her properties: Cole claimed that one creditor improperly seized one of her rental homes. Even with that fight underway. she said she was able to get the keys back to the property until at least the Chapter 11 is finalized.
The sequence of filings makes the pressure visible: income first, then the categories that consume it quickly—taxes, essential living costs, and medical expenses—while the property dispute sits alongside the financial picture she’s trying to stabilize.
Cole’s proposed plan keeps the focus on how she’ll operate while her Chapter 11 case unfolds. For now, her reorganization filing offers a snapshot of both the tight margin she’s working with and the unresolved question of what happens to the seized rental home once the case reaches its end.
