Ray Ford shocked as O’Shaquie Foster throws him out

Ray Ford was launched out of the ring by O’Shaquie Foster during their WBC super-featherweight title grudge match in Houston, but Foster still held the belt with a majority decision.
Ray Ford didn’t just lose his footing in the ring — he was sent flying out of it.
In the opening round of their grudge match at the Fertitta Center in Houston. Texas. O’Shaquie Foster snapped forward with a one-two combination to the head and body. Ford. a New Jersey fighter. tried to escape a clinch by spinning away. but as he moved. Foster launched him toward the ropes and out of the ring.
Ford landed flat on his stomach. Promoter Eddie Hearn moved in to help him back up, and Ford was quickly able to return to his feet. The referee then had words with both men before resuming the fight.
What made the moment even more explosive came right after. Foster appeared to be the one responsible for sending Ford out of the ring, but he somehow avoided a point deduction from the officials.
In the end, the controversial call didn’t decide the fight — the judges did. Foster retained his WBC super-featherweight crown via majority decision, with scores of 118-110, 116-112, and 114-114. Foster had done most of the work during the championship rounds, dominating enough to keep Ford from overturning the gap.
Ford, who had previously enjoyed a short reign as WBA featherweight champion, was fighting his fourth bout at 130lbs. The added weight appeared to show later on. After being arguably behind at the middle stage. Foster found another gear. using experience and stamina to take over in the latter stages.
By the final bell, the scorecards pointed clearly in Foster’s direction — and the fight’s most shocking image was still the one that came early, when Ford hit the canvas outside the ring after Foster turned a clinch escape into a sudden, brutal shove.

Idk how they didn’t dock Foster for throwing him out the ring?? That seems like an automatic point thing to me.
I only saw the headline and the gif, and it looks like he got pushed like straight up. But then it says Foster still won so I’m confused… did the ref just miss it or what.
Yeah but Ford “spinning away” sounds like he was trying to get out of trouble and then Foster did the worst possible thing. Either way, how do they call it not a deduction? Also Eddie Hearn stepping in like he controls the commission lol.
Ray Ford looked done after that outside landing, like stomach-first wow. I don’t even watch super featherweight, but people always say the judges are biased, and here it’s 118-110 like come on. Maybe Foster’s from Texas bloodline or something because refs always act different at home.
