The new royal baby’s name has finally been revealed.

Princess Eugenie’s daughter, born Monday, Aug. 3, will be called Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank.

The royal shared on Instagram that “2 weeks ago today we welcomed our girl to the world. And since then we’ve had the most special, cosy and love-filled time,Eugenie wrote in an Instagram post on Monday, Aug. 17. She explained that the name is in tribute to “three people we love and admire past and present, including her Great-Grandmother who we hold close in our hearts.”

The princess, 36, and husband Jack Brooksbank, 40, also share two sons, August, 5, and Ernest, 3.

“Augie and Ernie are already the best big brothers,” Eugenie added. The post included a new photo of a sleeping Adelaide, as well as a shot of the baby being held by her siblings.

The couple married in October 2018. Eugenie, who is 12th in line to the British throne, is one of King Charles III’s nieces.

Buckingham Palace announced the arrival of the tiniest royal in a statement on Aug. 4.

The sweet girl’s arrival immediately altered the royal line of succession. The couple’s first daughter sits 15th in line to the throne, behind her two brothers.

Adelaide’s birth knocked Eugenie’s uncle Prince Edward, the youngest child of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, down a spot to No. 16.

“Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter,” the statement read, noting that the baby weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was born at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.

“Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of The Royal Family were delighted to be informed of the news,” the statement concluded.

The princess, who is the youngest daughter of former prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, took to Instagram to share a photo of the baby wearing a white and pink hat and an outfit with angel wings on the back.

“Jack and I are so excited to announce Baby Girl Brooksbank!! We are beyond in love with our girlie. ,” she wrote in the caption.

The new royal baby is the fifth grandchild for Andrew, who has been stripped of his royal titles, evicted from his sprawling mansion and remains under investigation after being arrested by British police in February.

Mother-of-three Eugenie splits her time between the United Kingdom and Portugal. While she holds a royal title, she is not a working royal and does not carry out official engagements. Her older sister, Beatrice, is also not considered a working royal but holds a royal title.
