In that win, Wembanyama scored 33 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He led his team in scoring by 20 points, with Devin Vassell and Stepon Castle each scoring 13 points. For Oklahoma City, two-time NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was largely held in check—he scored 19 points and went 6-for-15.
