Documents filed in court by Nicholas Brendon’s brother say the late Buffy star’s handwritten will directs that his brother gets everything and his ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker receives nothing.

Nicholas Brendon passed away in March of cardiovascular disease, with acute pneumonia and a previous heart attack listed as contributing factors in his death. Now, a handwritten will submitted to court claims he left everything to his brother and nothing to his ex.
The documents were filed Monday by his brother, Kelton Schultz, who is seeking to administer the probate estate under the terms of the handwritten will. The filing also says Nicholas did not have a spouse or children, and there is no estimate for what the estate is worth at this time.
Along with Kelton. three other people are listed as potential beneficiaries of the estate: Nicholas’ parents. Robert and Kathleen. and his ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker. But attached to the filing is a brief handwritten note that reads: “My will. Sarah gets nothing kel gets everything. He can figure it out.”.
