Moses Martin, the 20-year-old son of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, has made his modeling debut in Burberry’s “Escape to the Countryside” campaign—pairing warm, casual outfits with a summer road-trip setting and music tied to his band “People I’ve Met.”
A summer road trip, warm-toned casual clothes, and a familiar family name—Moses Martin is entering the spotlight in a new way.
The 20-year-old son of actress Gwyneth Paltrow. 53. and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. 49. has kicked off his modeling journey by starring in British brand Burberry’s newest ad campaign. “Escape to the Countryside.” The campaign places Martin in polos. T-shirts. and button-ups. sharing the screen with models Edie Campbell. Nora Attal. and Sang Woo Kim.
The video ad frames Martin and the others as a group of friends setting off on a summer drive through the countryside. styling their looks for the road. It also features “For Hire. ” a track by Martin’s alternative rock band. “People I’ve Met.” In the band. he serves as a vocalist and guitarist. alongside drummer Orlando Wiltshire and bassist Andrew Suster.
For Martin, the runway debut arrives alongside pursuits that have been unfolding in parallel for some time. Paltrow previously announced his attendance at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, on Instagram in August 2024.
His entry into public view has been gradual but steady. Martin made his red carpet debut on Dec. 8. when his mother brought him to the Los Angeles premiere of “Marty Supreme.” At the Samuel Goldwyn Theater. the mother-son duo both stepped out in neutral colors. Paltrow wore a black. strapless gown and buckled slippers. while Martin sported a two-tone brown-and-blue sweater over a white T-shirt. paired with brown corduroy pants and a thin belt.
Other celebrities drew attention at the same event. Paltrow’s costar Timothée Chalamet and his partner, Kylie Jenner, also turned heads.
Moses Martin is one of two children Paltrow shares with Chris Martin. Their daughter Apple is 22.
