Milania Giudice Handcuffed After Sister’s Erratic Report

New arrest details describe how Milania Giudice’s sister, Gabriella, called police on May 14 in Montville Township, New Jersey, alleging Milania was “throwing food” and “candles,” and acting erratically. Milania was later taken into custody on charges tied to

Milania Giudice’s arrest story took another turn this week, with fresh details spelling out what police say led to the custody—starting with a call from her own sister.

Teresa Giudice’s 20-year-old daughter was taken into custody in May for “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury. ” and the case was classified as domestic violence. There had been no information about what triggered the arrest. and Milania hasn’t shared much beyond saying she “was not in a good area in my life.” She also addressed the viral mugshot image circulating online. saying it was AI.

Now, an arrest report obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday adds the missing piece of the timeline. The report states that Gabriella Giudice called police in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 to report that her younger sister was allegedly “throwing things” and “acting erratically.”

During the call, Gabriella, who was 21 at the time, told the dispatcher that Milania was “throwing food [and] candles.” The alleged victim in the incident was not named in the report. No weapons or injuries were reported either.

The paperwork also describes what happened when police arrived. Milania was placed in handcuffs at the time of her arrest. Her vehicle was searched “before and after transport,” and the location of the arrest is listed as The Real Housewives of New Jersey icon’s home.

One question still hangs over the case: who was the other person involved, besides Gabriella and Milania? Authorities labeled the situation as “domestic violence/confidential,” and those designations typically limit how much information can be publicly shared.

For anyone trying to make sense of the details—especially when the public record is so tightly limited—the gaps in the report are likely to be the hardest part: the alleged conduct is described, but the alleged victim and any injury or weapon details are not.

  1. The headline says “erratic report” but it sounds like they just took her off on allegations. Also why is her mugshot “AI” like what lol. Cameras are out here lying now I guess.

  2. I read that Gabriella called and said “throwing food” and “candles” and then police show up and handcuff her?? Like I’m not saying it’s not serious but candles?? That’s always the part people leave out. Domestic violence/confidential means they’ll never tell the real story right? Kinda sus.

  3. This whole thing is messy. Handcuffs, searched before and after transport, and it’s her home on the show. I’m guessing Teresa had to be involved somehow, because it always ends up that way with these families. And “no weapons or injuries” sounds like they didn’t find anything, but still… arrest details get released like 2 months later. Wild.
