Logan Paul didn’t just return from the operating table with a repaired left triceps—he returned with proof.
The WWE superstar, 31, has unveiled a gruesome scar running from his forearm up to the top of his elbow after surgery this week to fix the torn muscle he suffered during a Saturday night World Tag Team Championship match with teammate Austin Theory.
The injury happened when opponent Angelo Dawkins leapt out of the ring and tried to jump on Paul. The impact sent Paul landing awkwardly on his left arm, and the result was immediate: his triceps tore.
Paul later underwent the procedure and says it was done while he was “wide awake.” Sharing on Instagram. he posted a close-up photo of the scar. accompanied by a warning that the content is graphic. In the caption, Paul wrote: “Tore my tricep, got surgery while wide awake, told doc I wanna feel it all.”.
A second photo shows what appears to be an edited image resembling Paul lying on an operating table with his eyes wide open. He also included a video of himself rewatching the moment on TV when Dawkins jumped on him, this time with bandages on his left arm.
As for what comes next, Paul said his recovery timeline is being discussed as six months. He wrote: “Still the Tag Team champ just FYI,” adding, “They’re telling me 6 month recovery but I don’t believe them, I’ll be back in a couple weeks with some @drinkprime shake (32g protein).”
Paul’s injury is the latest turn in a WWE career that began when he joined the promotion in 2022. He has spent four years as a WWE superstar and has built a reputation as one of the most talented athletes on the roster. Outside wrestling. the YouTuber has also tried his hand at boxing. including a 2021 exhibition against Floyd Mayweather. which went the distance.
With Paul sidelined following the triceps surgery, Bron Breakker is expected to briefly replace him as Theory’s tag-team partner.

So he tore his tricep from Dawkins jumping off the ring and then decided to feel it all while surgery?? That’s kinda terrifying. And “6 month recovery” like… no way he listens to doctors 😂
Is this the same guy who fought Mayweather? If he can do that maybe his arm shouldn’t be “six months.” I think WWE just be milking the storyline and he wants clicks with the graphic warning.
