  1. I don’t get it, it sounds like “may” this and “should” that… so basically nothing is guaranteed? Also revocation of the MCTO?? isn’t that like a court thing lol.

  2. MCTO revocation sounds good though, right? Like they got the green light and now they can mine faster. Idk why they’re still talking about “ability to finance” like they don’t already have investors.

  3. Bandeira project… isn’t that in Canada? or Brazil? I saw “lithium producer” in the headline and thought that meant they started producing already. But this reads like legal warnings and forward-looking blah blah. If they update as required by Canadian securities law then does that mean they’re in trouble?
